Shipping was actually really fast and the box showed up in good shape. the only issue was just bad timing on my part, since it arrived right when I had a bunch of other stuff going on.

I tried to place my order today, but... I just couldn’t get through checkout for some reason. Not sure if it was a glitch or something on my end, but it was frustrating.

I bought this Cuisinart appliance because I figured the safety features would be dependable, but i’ve been a little disappointed. In my experience, the auto shutoff does kick in sometimes, but it feels slower than I’d like, so I don’t really feel comfortable relying on it completely.

The outside parts also get hotter than I expected, even around spots you might naturally touch while using it. Maybe it’s okay if you’re super careful, but with kids in the house, I’m personally a bit uneasy about it. For what I paid, I expected the safety design to feel more reassuring...

I bought a cuisinart coffee maker from cuisinart and at first I was actually happy with it. For the first few months, it did its job, made decent coffee, and looked really nice sitting on my counter. I wasn’t expecting some magical coffee miracle, just a solid machine, and it seemed like that’s what I got. Then everything started getting annoying. The buttons began sticking, and now the pot drips almost every single time I pour, which drives me absolutely insane. For what I paid, I really expected it to hold up better. Customer service was fine enough, but the coffee maker itself just feels cheap now, which is super disappointing. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I tried getting warranty help for my Cuisinart item it just turned into a whole thing. First the replies were slow. Then they needed more proof. Then more details. It felt like every time I sent something, there was another step waiting. No real clear answer, no simple fix. I thought the warranty would actually help, but it mostly just ate up my time and left me frustrated

I had a good experience using Cuisinart.com. The site was straightforward, and I found what I was looking for without having to dig around. Checkout was quick too, which I always appreciate. I’ve had my Cuisinart for about 4 years now i’m weirdly impressed. This thing gets used constantly in my kitchen and somehow it still runs like I just took it out of the box. Nothing has cracked, nothing feels worn out, nothing dramatic has happened at all, which feels like a miracle these days. At this point I’m basically emotionally attached to it. Super happy with how well it’s held up...

I found the replacement bowl I needed, but it was out of stock twice?! The site itself works fine, but I really wish the parts were easier to actually get when you need them.

At first I was like, okay, this is solid and it does what it’s supposed to do. No complaints there. But then I put it on my counter and suddenly I was annoyed because it takes up way more space than I expected. I’ve got a small kitchen, so now I’m constantly shuffling it around just to make room for everything else. It’s not a bad product at all, and it feels sturdy, but I really wish the size had been more obvious before I bought it. Giving it 3 stars because it works fine, but storing it is kind of a pain

Most of it wipes down quickly, which I do appreciate, and it doesn’t seem to trap a ton of food. That said, cleaning around the buttons was a little more irritating than I expected and took extra time. It’s not terrible after cooking, but that one spot definitely makes cleanup feel less easy than it should.

I picked up this cuisinart food processor thinking the 8-cup size would be enough for my family, but I wish I had paid closer attention or gone with a larger model. On paper it sounds roomy, but once you actually use it, it feels a lot smaller. If I get anywhere near filling it up, things either start leaking or don’t blend/chop evenly.

Shipping was totally fine and the product itself isn’t terrible, I just regret assuming the listed capacity would match what I needed. I’ve ended up going back to my old bigger one most of the time.

They sent the return label quickly, and my refund showed up a few days later. i was relieved it was that easy.

I’ve had decent results with it overall, but the cooking can be a little hit or miss. Toast and frozen snacks usually come out good, and it does heat up fast, which I like. But sometimes it cooks unevenly and I end up having to turn the food around halfway through. That part was weird, especially for something at this price. It’s not bad, I just expected it to be a bit more consistent.
